easiest way to beat him is with an electric type like i said
if youre in violet i think there should be some mareep in the south i think (・-・。)

cause youre the one who knows the strengths and weaknesses of your own pokemon
you make a strategy based on your team and your opponents

its more of a mental battle than a physical one (´∀｀●)
